Your children. What is your stance if they were to say they do not want to wear a helmet whilst riding a bike? Would you stop them/not allow them to ride?

The simple fact is that anyone relying on your post and buying a helmet was going to be disappointed and misled as a full face helmet would be more appropriate.

Four questions arose and you are wriggling around and trying to avoid any form of answer, as you are finding the original frmat so daunting I will ask the questions again singly

The claim you made was wrong and misleading. It was then corrected - why do you feel this is so wrong?

Why should dangerous and unrealistic claims (like the claim that being wider than your face a helmet will protect the face in a fall) be unchallenged and the facts made clear?

yes, but i reject that in doing so reduces the amount taking training as i would provide them as ive said before

" improved design to increase facial protection"


they did not say it doesnt protect but that they want improved protection, therefore i maintain my initial view. As i saw your original post there was no question just a statement, i didnt see the need to respond as i didnt see a question and as i read it the post did not disagree with mine

i do as stated before, however not with my own kids, not until they are old enough or experienced enough to make up their own minds, then they can choose their selves. until then i am responsible for them and if i consider a helmet as beneficial i make them wear one

because you say you are anti pro compulsion, and you say no discussion can take place regarding benefits of helmets without it relating to compulsion and anyone doing so is hiding the subject, therefore the only conclusion i can draw is that if you are against compulsion you are against anyone considering a helmet beneficial, therefore anti helmet
