Every morning even in the summer. Scottish oats skimmed milk 3 minutes in the microwave, a little sugar. Sometimes with a Banana. Yummy!

Every day for me.

Rolled oats with half milk/half water. Sometimes add blueberries or raspberries in the summer, and with cinnamon and honey in the winter :tongue:

Love porridge every morning for me in the winter. Done in the microwave and served with brown sugar :biggrin:

Love it, but I don't go into the detail some do on here. Just a quick razz in the microwave and it's ready in 4 minutes.

I enjoy porridge but not every day. Pretty much same as Brahan (brown sugar plus bit of milk around the edge. - I like doing it in the microwave but it overflows too often. I even have it for lunch at work sometimes.

Never tried soaking the oats. Why is this better?

I have porridge everyday, I prepare it at night and in the morning its dead smooth. It also helps lower your colestral. This week I have been up early day and done a quick 15 mile, then back home for a bowl hot breakfast that beats the cold.
