It's a title he's so say earned, and it would be in a sense improper to call him Mr Starmer. If you're just calling him Starmer, fair enough, but Mr Starmer would be incorrect. You have Doctor Watson rather than Mister Watson, Professor Plumb and Colonel Mustard not Mr, Duke of Wellington rather Mr Welsley, nor Sir Arthur either
