It looks like they used the front half of the canopy from an OV10 Bronco to build that monstrosity.

@presta - surely that creates drag? My Honda CR-V hybrid re-charges when off the accelerator or braking, but only a bit.

At best that'll give the owner a few extra miles. At worst, it'll make the wheel unbalanced and potentially fall to bits creating a hazard on the road.
