Phrases I`m getting increasingly sick of hearing

“Nom nom” or “Num num” when talking about food or a meal. The sound of the words puts me off eating.

Road map phrase has been around since the 90s I think.
Tech companies used to use it a lot in pronouncements and press releases.
Then somewhat to my bemusement tech journalists started dropping it into stuff they wrote.
Spose at least our lot have or are preparing a map.
