That's one I use, in the form of "have a good'un". Why do you find it annoying?"Have a good one" - God I hate that.
The thought of part of my phraseology being on the same plane of annoyance as "thanking you" is most uncomfortable.

Use of the word 'out' when it adds nothing to the meaning of the sentence.
I am going to blame IT engineers, any component they replace is 'swapped out'.
Garbage, if you must use swapped instead of replaced, swapped is all you need to say.
This unfortunate habit has spread to actions such as changing bike components.
Swap out the cassette, chain, wheels, etc.
And what the hell is going for a ride out?
Does anyone ever go for a ride in?
Maybe she is not a farmer or a cycle mechanic. Poor thing.Me too - i mean how can anyone go out of a morning in a t-shirt that white - and it not be covered in filth in ten minutes flat ??

That explains it, I have a problem with anybody called Max even before I speak to them due to a childhood bullyIt’s partly the lack of specificity. Have a good what? I’d rather the person said what was being referenced.
Plus, I used to work with a guy who said it all the time and he just happened to be a complete dick.
The correct reply to that is "Sorry, but I have other plans".
Have you tried replyingI don't know whether this is something local, but increasingly when having paid for something and walking away, the person at the till says "See you later." This has happened in at least 4 shops, on multiple occasions and I have no known connection whatsoever with the individuals who have said this.
I am so tempted to ask "When and where?"
Quite often used of course by folk wanting to avoid a reasonable question...... going forward
(not in the riding of a bike sense)
I would have estimated at least 20 years of BS Bingo, am sure it was doing the rounds at the same time as flying toaster screensavers.
Yeah, WTH's that all about?2 for to or too.
4 for for.
