Owned by an utter pillock judging by the pavement parking. :cursing:

I park on the pavement too, as do a large percentage down the street
I do park close to the edge, so there’s about 4 foot between the Kodiaqs nearside & our garden wall

Considerate
(pavement same width at both sides of the street)

Inconsiderate
(opposite us, no idea who it belongs to)

There appears to be a perfectly serviceable road to park upon.

A passed one of these in the a650 the other day a sports car in its day but now my Skoda Octavia is pretty much as quick tbh (but dull) how times move on!

It's true but you don't have to have power to have fun. My 944 corners beautifully and is a hoot.
The 944 is budget fun.

Your Octavia is transport. An economical, reliable, well built daily.

My old Mini would have flushed even a 944 turbos head down the loo and stolen its lunch money in performance turns, and gripped like a limpet smeared in gorilla glue on the twisties.

But for all that I can see the appeal of good old fashioned mechanical fun.

Hairpins and twisty bends, contraflows, bank jobs, inner city sewer pipes, Italian automotive buildings, alleyways and steps below 40mph - mini all day.
Four sprung Pork Technic, smart blonde women and Teutonic businessmen looking err, Teutonic, getting to the beach before the Germans, bratwurst and aviator glasses - Porsche all day.
