Nice 70s

Roller in London. The two-door Corniche version is much prettier than the otherwise identical Shadow and I can very much see the appeal, albeit they're all autos.


And an American possibly pre-war something, in fine condition, tastefully customised

The american car is a 1932 Ford Model B, I believe
Classic hot rod material. I think the way that one has been done would be termed street rod or restomod

I park on the pavement too, as do a large percentage down the street
I do park close to the edge, so there’s about 4 foot between the Kodiaqs nearside & our garden wall

Why would you want a manual RR...

Because auto's are so ghastly to drive, and even a Rolls one is unlikely to be much better given it's a GM gearbox much like every other biggish car of the era.

Even a modern gearbox is unable to look out the window to assess the right gear for the upcoming hazard and tends to do the opposite of what you actually want
