Horlicks. An oft used exclamaition used in place of a socially unacceptable expletive.

There are vulgar rumours with regards to the origination of the term but in fact it is the surname of the founders of the company J & W Horlick. Together they founded the company J & W Horlicks in Chicago in 1883 to manufacture a patented malted milk drink as an artificial infant food.

The Longest Bombing Mission in History

Black Buck: Codename for the operation to bomb the runway at Port Stanley on the Falkland Islands during the Falklands War. Requiring an unprecedented effort to refuel a single Vulcan bomber to fly over 8,000 miles. It was the most ambitious mission in the RAF’s history since the Dambusters and at that time was the longest ranged bombing mission ever undertaken.

Awesome. Tankers refuelling tankers refuelling tankers to refuel a Vulcan so they could frighten the living bejesus out of some Argentinian conscripts.

Militarily the raids were of questionable value, but psychologically they sent the very clear message that they'd messed with the wrong people. Even for those that live, being in the receiving end of a bombing run from an aircraft designed by Beelzebub himself was not something to forget in a hurry.
