I really enjoyed it. The Alpe episode was best, the reaction of people involved in the sport to Pidcocks descending was great.

Van Aert came across as a bit of a nobber, though based on his work in this years TDF it might have been selective editing.

I downloaded it onto my tablet and have been watching it on long train journeys. I finished watching it today.

I really enjoyed it and so did a pal who finished it a few weeks ago (and who also enjoyed the Cav documentary).

I liked seeing the struggle between personal ambition and team spirit. I got a much better view of the suffering involved.

The picture quality was much higher than many other programmes on Netflix. I was seeing a bitrate of 6+ Mb/s vs 0.75-2 Mb/s on those.

Have they done away with the cheesy and dramatic voice overs… had to stop watching after the 3rd episode as it was too annoying and irksome.

On about ep 5 at the moment. Thoroughly enjoying it.

Yeah I know they have to emphasise the narrative around the featured riders/teams, but there's so much going on in the tour and so many sub-plots that they've got plenty of material.

I particularly like the fact that people are generally speaking their own language and there are subtitles rather than voiceover.

I haven't got to any bits featuring Thibaut yet, just a few teasers of him saying "bof"

It's going to be tear-jerking but heartwarming isn't it. Are there any cute baby goat scenes?
