I am in a similar position, in that my weight has levelled out at 95kg, starting to drop now though. I was/still cycle approx 150 miles a week and its not just bumbling along either more like 17/18 avg mph. However I have found the myfitnesspal app brilliant for just logging what I eat and keeping count. I've set myself a target 90kgs and lost 1 kg in the last week. I`ve cut out the biscuits and opted for healthier options for breakfast and lunch. I also try and not blow out at weekends so that I can remain on track. As cyclists I think its easy to fall into the trap of stuffing yourself as you feel you can but that is the danger. Also a point to note is that you can look and feel thinner and still be the same weight, that is toning, which I think is what happened to me as stayed same weight but waste size dropped.

.swimming as much as a cycle is i suspect the answer...much as i dislike that thought....

True, when I was swimming 4 days a week I got down and held 84 - 85kg but since the annual pass to the baths ran out I am struggling to maintain 90 kg. I find bread to be the real killer in the diet though. (6'1" ish fwiw)

Ive cut out bread almost entirely, it bloats and since i have replaced it with lot's more fruit & tuna etc i dont miss it........the swimming pool here costs £4.50 a go, so that adds up pretty quick....another excuse but Im claiming it anyway lol!

I do have the english channel outside my front door, so I could swim a few widths of the channel every now and then, only I dont speak french and have developed a sudden allergy to salt and hyperthermia.....it is my intention however to swim between two groins at high tide more, often a dodgy event in Brighton, but here in Worthing the risk depreciates.
