I'd give it the Muc-Off treatment, followed by a car shampoo. Spray the whole thing with GT85 (which smells lovely IMO) and buff it with a clean rag when it's dry. Change the grips and maybe try some sort of upholstery or shoe cleaner on the saddle.

Then spray the whole thing with GT85 again

and buff

As said a good wash with some car shampoo - the meguiars range of shampoos are my prefered wash, the nxt smells quite nice, as does the gold class. You could follow it up with wax if your really fussy about keeping the bike pristine as i tend to be lol. Wynns Foaming Upholstery cleaners pretty good for the rubber, ie seat and grips, doesnt leave them slippy (i've used it on car mats, pedal rubbers etc with no problems), you can get a massive tin at asda for about £2, smells like apple - but i wouldnt risk it on the tyre tread

Have you tried completely deflating the tyres and refilling with fresh air? Also, flush out the frame tubes, stem, seatpost and handlebars.

probably only baccy. but I do sympathise - smoking, smokers and smokers' houses, and their vehicles, do smell absolutely rank.

My dad smokes alot. The house doesnt smell of fags, if he goes in the front room in the evening and smokes as much as he does then its hard to go in because it really does smell.
the car isnt that bad either, the time it was worse was when he used it as a smoking hut when we were on a camp site because we didnt have the awning up, i opened the door and it stank bad, just left the door open and went back to it later and it was fine
Just ride the bike, or if you want to get rid of that smell, throw it into some cow crap, give it a good covering, leave it for abit then wash it off. Im sure it wont be smelling of fags much then

The answer is simple - citrus degreaser - such as the typr Finish Line or park Tools produce. Spray it on, wait a little (but not too long) and wipe it off.
