The " Lost Pond " in our local park has reappeared and it looks like the Stour might be gaining a new tributary.

No rain yet but light showers forecast and high winds. Not much wind here but Calmac are putting out warnings that high sided vehicles and livestock are carried on a sailing by sailing basis depending on sea conditions.
The new wee boat we have rolls considerably and is not recommended for anyone prone to sea sickness.
MV Isle of Mull is supposed to be almost fixed now and should be back in service for at least a couple of days before going off to the Utter Hebs.
Just noticed I still have a folding Ensign 35mm camera lying on a shelf. Compact when folded but very heavy. I remember it produced reasonable negatives and the advantage in those days was that it could be carried folded in a jacket pocket.

The refurbished laptop that I ordered several weeks ago is apparently due for delivery today! They must have sent it the scenic route via Budapest.

I love doing that. Beautiful sound especially with the monsoon rains in this part of the parish.

I enjoy that too, especially in Japan where it is generally warm enough to sit on a covered veranda.
