Another not entirely as planned outing via the ebike this morning .
A ride to Morrisons and an old jacket (had a Littlewoods label on it!) with a bust zip and a belt whose buckle kept on undoing put in the recycling bin. Morrisons shopped for oranges, wonky apples and chocolate digestives.
Then two circuits of The Range failed to reveal any teak oil.
Back home and seemingly possibly the only locally available bottle ordered to collect from Toolstation so one early afternoon trek coming up.

:hello: from trackside in Norfolk where it's lunch time. Coffee and a sandwich are being had in the sunshine. Somewhere close I can hear an aircraft doing acrobatics.

From the drive up this morning it seems like this is the start of the classic car run season - everything from 40s American up to a group of recent Lotuseseses (Carlton x 2 included). I'm probably showing my age, but the one I'd like to own of those seen was a Ford Granada estate.

I think these days they remove the appendix by Keyhole surgery. Did you have "open" surgery?

It could be something else but these symptoms have lasted a few days now. Time to see a Doctor.
A four inch scar visible, so must have been for a big key. Removed because they thought it was causing something else.

Get thee to the doctors as soon as possible, and get things checked out/over. Hope you'll get peace of mind.

The GP here asks for patients to fill in an on-line form, with details of the symptoms. The requests to see a Doctor are triaged, and a Doctor will ring me back, possibly with a time for an appointment.

I am not in extreme pain, and my temperature is normal. Yes I will get this checked out.

I only had the nausea (just checked the symptoms), along with a cold nd clammy skin all over, the inability to stay upright when I rang the doctors. Collapsed at the doctors, then ended up in hospital.

My thoughts weren't about the appendix causing me to feel that way. Possibly something else following a canoeing trip the day before.
Nothing wrong with the appendix on removal. So I was told.

I have been feeling very queasy, and very tired, with tummy pain like indigestion, and pain in the right lower abdomen.

The GP practice does not accept the on-line forms over the weekend. I cannot send it until 8am tomorrow. If they accepted them over the weekend, I would have thought that would mean the "Duty" Doctor could start seeing patients earlier in the day.
