Got a weird one!
I was looking on FB market place and a saxophone popped up. £77. I asked if it was still for sale and a message said that they are refurbished ones and that they are being sold to promote the website at a reduced price. I looked up the address and it gave Bristol as a general area. My wife looked up saxophones on her FBM and 2 more adverts appeared in a couple of other places in the country. I had enquired about the website prior to this and received an advert giving details of the saxophone along with payments details. It says that they take PayPal.
Is this a scam?

I've ended up in Bury St Edmunds for lunch after a 40 mile bike ride. Thanks to Greater Anglia promotion, it's cheaper to get a return train ticket and not use the return than it is to buy a single ticket home.

I'm visiting Son no. 1 in Lincoln this morning and we're looking at carpets for the house he's buying.

Having arrived early I'm in Boultham Park having a coffee. It's very nice compared to Dewsbury. I've been here a lot since he came to Lincoln in 2018 but it's the first time looking around a bit more.

When I was in the RAF I used to pass through Lincoln on my way home on leave, nice quiet little place then, but going through again a couple of years ago the traffic was horrendous and I couldn't get through far enough to drive past the cathedral, so much so I had to retreat to go around the city.

A Monday office day. They were launching the web based version of the ancient office program. Was well after midday when I was decended on by those in the know and I lost count of the password requests. Anyway it worked, snag is its going to take a fortnight to transfer in the data from the old system which they took a snapshot of last Friday
In the meantime still have to use the old system but log separately every change made it.

It is genuine. It is Temumarketplace. According to Wikipedia they don't have scruples and use forced labour for some of their products, some arrived damaged or not what you ordered.

Tried to book a blood test at lunchtime and instead they said a booking link would be sent. It turned up and tried only to get get a message saying none available. Ended up running up the phone bill on hold to book one.
