The earlier short sharp rain shower down in Kent was followed by quite a few more and occasional drizzle, but back home there's been almost nothing except for a little bit of misty drizzle.
First thing I did when I got home this evening was to make a large mug of coffee - over 10 hours out and about without caffeine isn't a good thing for me. On my 'must do' list now is a jar of coffee and topping up my Dart Charge account ready for next weekend when I hope to pop down to Brands Hatch again.
The recycling bin's been put out front ready for emptying in the morning and I plan on spending the next couple of hours watching the IndyCar racing from Long Beach.
