Not quite mundane but rang the police (non rmergency) this morning.
Shopping in Asda, a woman alerted me to 3 children alone in a car, all below 4 years old I'd say. She said she'd been waiting 10 minutes, no sign of parents.
Nah, that's not right, I waited 5 minutes and rang it in. Details given, a police car was despatched but the mother came back and eventually drove off.
So probably 30, 35.minutes on their own...not right imho.
Hopefully they'll get a knock on the door and told its unacceptable at least.

Quiet day today after yesterday's funeral.my little speech was well received.Funny thing was though some of Ernest neighbours knew me,but i was totally lost who they were.Plus i did not recognize his cleaner and star Margaret, but she was given praise in my words.the family said my speech was beautiful, and i will say because i hate standing out,it went well.

Argh, MrsF's new super expensive sewing machine isn't sewing properly, and she's in a right mood. Can't help as I have no idea about them, and I'm getting it in the ear. She's done something not quite right - it's some fancy long arm quilting machine that's supposed to be super reliable, but the sensor plate is playing up. No idea, but I'm getting f'ing and jeffing - feel like going out for a bit.

obviously you're supportive, keep up the good work. maybe she's like a danish from a local bakery?

well done. when our Dad passed, several ppl told stories or made a small speech. they were so welcome & comforting & if ever there was a time for such, that is it :okay:

it's never a mistake, to do the right thing :okay:

Somebody appears to have got into my flat yesterday and hid the bread in a plastic bag in the fridge. It must have been someone else because I wouldn't have put it there.

Been outside and built up the garden cushion storage box during my lunch hour. Gave me an hours piece. She's fixed it now, but the thread snapped.

Hopefully the system will join up the dots if necessary.
