@Andy in Germany - the student is either working, has not done any/enough study, has run out of time or doesn't have the English language writing skills. Usually a combination of these.

And yes, ideally they would be found out at some point but only if they're using the subject studied.

I'd forgotten that in the UK it's common for people to work in an area unrelated to their degree, so I guess it doesn't "matter" as long as you get the certificate.

But how do you get in a degree course in a language you can't understand sufficiently to complete assignments?

I'm in trouble with SWMBO for buying too many bikes. So much so that four are on sale and she looked at my recently rebuilt finger that I blended with a "buy any more and I'll be blending something more delicate" comment.

So why do I have a bid on a bike?

And is there anyone on the East side of York that could collect for me?

Sorry, too many needs a definition.
I have two. One in my garage and the best one on extended loan.
Are children starving, us civilization threatened by your action.
Perhaps you could adopt then and make it socially acceptable

It's a Schwachenheit, but worse because there's a distinct shortage of the contents of a Bocksbeutel

Last nights weather forecast definitely wrong predicting rain east of the A1. Was quite torrential at times.
Thought I would fit the new TV mount pre WAH but put down somewhere one of the being reused fixing bolts off the old one and could not find it. So it turned into a post WAH rummage in the shed for another. Was convinced the one I had found was too long but no it was the same size.
Early evening Sainsbury's bash; the less congested A59 at that time. Actually had cod plus it was another cheap milk week on the app. Was more chaotic on the return another road was closed meaning all traffic from the Wetherby and Knaresborough directions had to use that already A61 diverted traffic stretch of the A59.

I sold a bike yesterday, there is a vacant space in my garage.

Can I apply?

Quite a busy day considering the lazy bugger I've become. Not only was the shopping done this morning, a bottle bank run was done as well, changed the bedding, walked round to pick the car up after the MOT, did the vacuuming, steam mopped the kitchen floor and also a little bit of general tidying. Then out for an hour and a quarter for a brisk walk before tea.

Since then I've reverted to type and put my feet up doing nothing other than sort out yet another gig ticket and a hotel room for September and the rail tickets for a different outing at the start of June.

I'm going to be in York (rail station/NRM/city centre area) at the end of the month - unfortunately without a cycle reservation for the train.
