Today was a bit of a waste of time. My back feels much better today but not sleeping very most of last week finally caught up with me as I had a headache and feeling lethargic all day, do just took it easy.

I had meant to go for a ride today as it was actively encouraged by the physiotherapist, but couldn't really motivate myself. I did clean and oil the chain and adjust the brakes on my Pioneer. I must get out during the week after work.

I suppose I better put an appearance in at the office tomorrow since I'm supposed to be there three days a week, but didn't go on at all last week due to a knackered back.

It's having to pack up the laptop, docking station and assorted gubbins that's makes this hybrid working thing hassle, plus the rucksack is actually deceptively heavy. Being one of nature's worriers, I am always paranoid about forgetting something I need too. I do wonder how waterproof the rucksack is too, should I get caught out in torrential rain sometime.

I'll be glad when we finally lose this cold breeze - both this morning's shopping bike ride and the afternoon walk while some washing was being done showed up on Strava as "Feels like -2 ℃" :cold:
The travel snack shopping also provided an unusual yellow sticker lunch - a jam Swiss Roll for just 30p.
The recycling bin has been moved to the front of the house ready for emptying on Monday and should be able to be replaced before I head out for Monday's away day. I now declare it time for a hot chocolate.

What about a trolley?

Yes, I know it sounds silly, but I'm thinking in practical terms here.
