Morning.
It is grey here but dry.
I'm not sure what I will be doing today. I might go round friend's to finish off welding his motorcycle seat frame.

Good morning from Suffolk. Another chilly and very frosty start to the day under clear skies and sunshine.
Coffee has been had with a fresh pack being opened - it was a trial pack and a bit sweet and not enough bite so I'll not be trying this one again.

There's food shopping for the week to be done this morning and a couple of family birthday cards to be sourced. This afternoon I have to go to my sister's to drop off my brother in law's birthday card & present which would be an ideal opportunity to give the car a run, but there's a farmers' go slow protest on the A14 later on so timing will be everything.

Productive morning:

I had to take a printer to the post office to be sent back to the supplier, as despite their description, it was not a colour/bw printer. This means a short train ride into town with the long bike: living a couple of hundred metres from the railway station is very handy.

I was supposed to show the shopkeeper a QR code on my phone, which to my frank astonishment actually worked, so that was sent off, and I can start looking again.

While in Rottenburg I went to Lidl and dealt with this week's Groceries, and also bought a pack of wall plugs as the ones I had been using rotated in their holes.

On returning, this meant I could finally put up my living room light which had been sitting in a box for a month while I got my act together, so now, instead of the "building site light" I have four LED spotlights which look much nicer...

My goodness, so much productivity at once, and it's only just lunchtime. It can't possibly last, of course; any minute now something will stop working.
