It's been a murky and raw day here chez Casa Reynard.
Slept well. Went to town this morning. Decided not to take the Mirvaine to the watchmaker to get the bracelet resized. Wasn't in the mood to hang around waiting, and it's not like I've not got any other watches LOL!
The primary task of today's trip was accomplished - the acquisition of two and a half kilos of seville oranges. I bought them on the market at 75p / lb, which is a *very* good price for such. (Waitrose is £2.79 per kilo). Also picked up some bananas on the market, and some worcestershire sauce crisps that are a friend's favourite - those will so nicely for our trip to a cat show on Saturday. Friend drives, I supply the snacky stuff.
I was home far quicker than anticipated as the above meant that I didn't have to negotiate the crowds in Waitrose and B&M.
