It looks like my holidays in the middle and at the end of June will be approved by work; a trip to Derbyshire followed by a tour in Northern France.

I also bashed my operated-on finger earlier by accident and it hurts :B) . No blood though. I'm back at the hospital tomorrow for a check-up and re-bandage so I'll mention it there.

Slight hiccup this morning to WAH when my router went orange instead of blue. Turned out to be a fault affecting a number of people. Resolution was to use the work mobile as a mobile hotspot. Was a bit of a struggle to see some web sites, showed up which ones are excessively data hungry. Goggle mapping etc no problem but not Google Earth. Noticed mid afternoon the router had gone blue again.

My working day completed
Chilly outside

I'm back after my scan. They put something in my arm and it felt like I was suddenly sitting on a heated seat.
On the way back home I was followed by a big SUV type vehicle with very bright lights, I dipped my interior mirror but couldn't do anything about the door mirrors. I tried shaking him off but he wanted to stay close behind me. I need a mirrored rear parcel shelf which can be raised or lowered so they can see the effect of their lights.

A mix of wet and snow underfoot when out and about, Walk into town was fine just a bit longer and harder as it's is when it snows. Some areas had large amounts of standing water due to throwing Snow. Thought it would be a bit of a wet old mess so went for my wellies instead of my boots. Standing water on a number of roads ment having to time it when walking past. Some drivers just don't slow down for anything.
As it's bin day tomorrow I've just been out the gate to the bin with a bit of left over rubbish. It's getting quite crisp under foot with all the compacted snow and water about. Tomorrow will be interesting when that lot freezers.

I dip my mirror when ever I get prats flashing lights trying to bully me out the way. I always make it obvious when I do it so they know about it. They normal get the message that I won't be forced out the way.
