Good morning from a fairly chilly Suffolk where the sun is only just starting to show after an overcast start to the day. A very good night's sleep has been had which means that the first coffee of the day has not long been finished and breakfast will become elevensies.

Shopping needs to be done in a little while and then the afternoon is mine to enjoy - hopefully it will stay dry so I can get out while the sunshine lasts.

drats! missed trash pickup this morning argh. shudda put it out last night. had to double bag it & put it on a patio chair. it'll freeze & won't smell or attract mammals. haven't seen the usual pickers on the patio cam. they must be hunkering down for the winter

Sunny but cold day so extended trip to the lunch time blood test so as to do next weeks work visits a week early. A mile walk around Ripon as a consequence. Heading back south the sun was dreadful, dull overcast days do have their benefits.
