It has just arrived here, It is moving south but that is a 120 mile band of rain - suppose I can go and check my chain is not too slack

Filing sorted, shredding done and all digital files backed up during which a pint of squash and the second coffee of the day were consumed.
A late morning downpour signified the start of the rain proper and it looks to be sent in for the rest of the afternoon (X roughly marks my location) along with it being a bit chilly.

I think I may move some bikes from the shed to the kitchen to give me some working room for some fettling.

final decission made, its still raining and looks like it won't clear until 4, when its dark - so that is day one with zero miles
it would seem mad to go out when the next three days are

Changeable weather during a 4.6 mile afternoon walk. Sunny for close to half of it then a spell of rain followed by strong wind. Back to sunny but with a spell of strong winds. Back home and started raining heavily.
