Back from an hour's pre-Ch****mas dinner stroll. Think I'll have a cuppa and then head off to mum's.

Bacon sarnie has been put back to supper time if I've got room for it.

Think ours will be empty as there is The Range about two miles away and a big B&Q. Shame really as that's where I got my BBQ gas (plastic containers) and it was handy being close to home.

xmas dinner
we had a roast sunday as usual and as we have no guests today we decided not to have a big meal, kids had pigs in blankets and chips, mrs ck cold chicken and chips and i had cheese and chicken sarnies.
Tea later will be fresh cobs and a selection of bits .

Afternoon walk around the country park and the new housing estate beyond. Most of the houses have not just a numberplate but one with the street name included. Is that a new fad?
