Back home after a couple of hours out on the bike in breezy but surprisingly warm and bright conditions. Stopped for a quick chat with an ex-work colleague - things haven't improved down there and he's given in and will be joining the ranks of early retirees in March.

Time now for a bacon sarnie, a mug of coffee and then a hot shower.

After a tedious tour of a Retail Park where I got attacked by glitter (not Garry, I hasten to add) I am now negotiating with Vodafone for my Broadband contract 😁

Well that was a working day that didn't help with my stress level
At the ice house for a few days on grandchild duties

Broadband sorted.... Present contract was £67 pm reduced to £37 for the 24 months because they're useless.
New contract for a better deal was £33 reduced to £28 because I asked 😁👍

Still ferry chaos and more pleas to Calmac on FB “ Bring back the old app as the new one is rubbish and not useable.”
I can only agree as finding current information takes nearly a dozen steps as opposed to the old one which took two or three.

I swear the software on my computers is malevolent. It waits till I have double checked grammar and spelling then as soon as I press Post it leaps in and changes things to nonsense so I have to go back and edit.

Sounds like the local bus company's new app. That has got slightly better, as services are now described right!
Co-op app came up with £2 voucher behind todays door so that was a bar of chocolate and a pack of jam filled coconut rings for £1.50
Washing was moist still when dragged it so sheets hanging between chairs etc and towels on radiators.
