Another dreich morning here. I prefer the dry frosty weather we had last week.

Breakfast was served on a rectangular plate.

I might take a walk around Home base to see if there are any bargains to be had. I feel sorry for the staff.

Good morning from a grey and overcast Suffolk. Coffee has been had with the first biscuit from a newly opened pack of Sainsburys dark chocolate digestives.

I'm just waiting for the load of washing to finish (only just entered the rinse cycle) before I decide what I'm going to do with the rest of the day.

Today's 71 plate truck has 499820 kilometres on the odometer and has taken me to Hadleigh.

Not sure what the weather is going to do today.
Not currently raining and blink of sunshine but better to wait a bit before deciding whether to get the trike out or not.
Did most of my shopping yesterday and last minute frozen stuff gets done tomorrow.
Still get an oops on some posts but only on some I dare not name.

If it's any consolation, I'm still getting the ''Oops'' message when I like some posts and the 'like' won't appear until I refresh the browser.

got a cold via mini ck 1
not very snotty but throat sore and phlegm so i took the car to work today and not touching the bike this weekend and not going to work sunday even though double time is tempting im resting .I was not planning a holiday next year but all this extra overtime i have been doing has got finances back on track so booked a cheap holiday for next year.
I have lots of bike fettling to do but cant be bothered today so now im comfortably numb on lidl single malt

I'm gradually getting my voice back, still a bit croaky

Postman is sat in his finery waiting for a taxi,Leeds railway station beckons,and a trip to Manchester.I shall be looking out for Jenkins who seems to nip in and out of Leeds willy nilly.I am getting my chuckle muscles working a certain Mr Kay has been paid to make Postman laugh.Bring back Ken Dodd.

My new mobile phone case has arrived and I've now fitted it. This one has got even more pockets than the last one to make it easier to mislay random bits of paper and the occasional fiver.

Hopefully it will stay dry for a few hours as I've put the washing on the whirlygig outside. There's a bit of a breeze to help, but it doesn't feel as warm as it's supposed to be.

Overcast but with the sun breaking through occasionally. Ebike retrieved from the shed and put on charge whilst I had another Co-Op trek ; needed to do another three "visits" to gain a £2 voucher on the app so three boxes of mince pies paid for separately and sure enough a £2 voucher appeared, aka a free box of mince pies on the next visit.
Ebike almost but not quite fully charged and it had a tour of bike stands - Morrisons, Lidl and Waitrose. Traffic was not as bad as I feared it might be and I even had a BMW driver give me right of way
Morrisons still haven't credited against the points booster offer the Mince Pies and again an empty shelf of the ones it definately works on.
Lidls app wasn't working at the till so the in store offer on rice cakes was not applied.
Yet another £1 off a cottage pie at Waitross and 50p off 2 pint of milk.
