Dry but dull and almost windless so no washing machine use today.
More fiddling with tv etc cables. One of the HDMI ports on the tv has not worked for a while.
Amongst the various solutions found in YouTube videos was to push the socket, apparently they are often a push fit and not actually soldered in place. Used a pencil with a rubber end and bingo it now works. Most frequently used Freeview PVR now connected directly and not via the HDMI switch.
Ebiked to Lidl having 15% off apples and tissues to use up. Apples were on offer at 69p for 6 which became 59p. Mistakenly took the car keys with me so D lock went in the rucksack, the ebike still reasonably secure due to its wheel lock.

Sunday afternoon visit to the bike stands at Waitrose for the ebike as despite no free newspaper theres still the weekly card voucher offers - 50p off 2 pints of milk and a £1 off a cottage pie Had a choice of the latter, use by today or next Sunday but no yellow label on the former which with a £1 off would have been a nice bargain. So one of next Sundays bought. Picked up a deodorant on offer making it 20p cheaper than I have seen when on offer elsewhere.
