The very nice person from the Royal Mail left one of their large bags/satchels over the top of the parcel they delivered this afternoon to stop it getting wet in the drizzle. I've now either got to leave it outside for them to collect tomorrow or take it back to the local collection office which is only open for a couple of hours each day and they're while I'm at work.

Time for a hot chocolate.

New exercise list completed after work. The strengthening ones are much more difficult than the last set.

I went for a ten mile ride, first night time ride of this winter. It was a lovely moonlit night and was tempted to go further but best stick to physio advice.

Made some vegetable soup and now time to relax.

Schweppes soda water is definitely fizzier (more fizzy?) than the supermarket own brand. I suppose that's why it costs more.
