Blustery, muggy and a mix of sunshine and showers here chez Casa Reynard.
Slept so-so, but had a lovely morning walking around the local nature reserve and community orchard with a good friend and her two miniature schnauzers. And of course, Auntie Reynard always has their favourite gravy bones in her pockets.
Looks like a pretty reasonable crop in the orchard, though this year the varieties that have done well are predominantly cookers. There's also a massive crop of greengages, so I shall be keeping an eye on those, as I love greengage jam.
I have some errands to run this afternoon prior to Friday's run down to Hampshire to visit Paul's grave.
Anyways, it is time for luncheon and I has a hungry.
