Given the amount of grown up pop Hills and Hops got through yesterday I'm not sure exercise will be on the agenda today

We were actually very well behaved. No hangovers here

I've just got back, chicken in the oven (Mr K is due home from work at 7).I did call at young Mr K for a coffee and cookie. I'm now sat in the garden thinking that I should get in the shower (I don't smell very sweet atm) but the smells from next doors' Bbq are extremely good!!

Painting in the garden listening to the birds tweet not quite believing yesterday happened but very pleased it did and i can say i was there.

Today I have energy, worked in the garden and worked my way through a huge pile of ironing. Not bad considering it was after 2am when I went to bed.
