I have an appointment through for my PIP claim (replacement of Disability Living Allowance).
I am guessing they really have not actually read what the problem is.
I can't sit. I can't travel, so guess what they are expecting me to do! Yep... tomorrow is going to be a fun telephone conversation, starting with "can you actually read what the problem is please?"
OK I have a few hours to work on the phrasing!
