I'm tired..so tired i feel sickly. I absolutely detest getting up at 5am.

Don't we all!
Worse is the 4 am out of bed and the not getting back home until after 8 pm. Really takes its toll.
Makes me keep thinking is this really worth it. Bloody work

have you tried boarding schools that also have a day school element to them? I worked in one and it was a nightmare. Autumn term was the worst by far!

I never had that pleasure, I lived within a mile of my schools so I'll take your and @mybike's word for it!

I was eating bacon and eggs earlier, but had fallen asleep afterwards.

The disgusting bit here is that I just emptied the bag and I could still smell the eggs, albeit in the form of an eggy sulphurous smell!!


You see, with only a small intestine, that happens quite often - I can actually still smell what I have just eaten!!

I never had that pleasure, I lived within a mile of my schools so I'll take your and @mybike's word for it!

I just worked in one, never went to a boarding school, but was given a private education because the only alternative was a notorious state school where a lad in my class a primary school died after being sent out of class to get a teacher a cup of coffee. He was found at the bottom of a stair well having probably been pushed over the rails and fell 4 floors to his death and another in my primary school year was stabbed to death in the school play ground. My parents decided we were safer in a private day school!
