Definition of a gentleman? I'm glad you're over ten miles away.

But you are gong to have a huge amount of fun with it
I hope so. It's going to come in at a whooping +£550 over budget... Mostly because of issues relating to me needing the single handed braking which has meant an upgrade from the sturmy archer drum brakes to avid bb7 disc brakes, so new wheel rims as well plus the helping hand seat aids for getting in and out of it which alone add £100 on!

That's pretty much all of my savings gone! Do you know anyone who wants a new camera, road bike (ladies) or mountain bike (men's)?

You'll still hear them... he didn't say he could play them well.

They're not that intrusive as they are uilleann pipes. The chanter reed needs a little tweak as it's not jumping the octave cleanly.

For my next trick I'll be fettling the pads and springs on my Northumbrian pipes' chanter before murdering some slow airs.

Ah, the times we've sat listening to Northumbrian pipes, unable to escape... like listening to a gentle babbling brook.... for hours.

[Northumbrian pipes are fun to have a go at, but it isn't a spectator sport.]
