One of next doors cats has just come in, hissed at all 4 of ours in turn then gone to the empty biscuit bowl, looked up at me and meowed.
She got told to go away rather more bluntly.

We had fish finger sandwiches for tea last night. Brown bread, butter, ketchup, and 4x fish fingers.

I've effectively vegan being a vegetarian allergic to all dairy products... so that's probably the bread out, definitely the margarine or butter out, the bacon out, and well I've just eaten 2 duck's eggs for lunch so... it's all yours!

If you're allergic to dairy because you're lactose intolerant, you're normal, the rest of us have damaged genes.

I'm not so limited, so today's lunch is home made beef lasagne with far too much cheese on the top*. Then I have to drag myself up the hill to fetch grandson from school, climbing about 140' in 1.25 miles on a full tummy.

*OH opinion, mine is it can't be too much if it doesn't fall off.

nope - I'm not intolerant to lactose, I'm allergic to dairy! as in anaphylactic shock allergic - will kill me allergic, not give me an upset stomach. I have even been known to have anaphylactic shock from an antihistamine tablet!
