I have a bad sudoku habit. I've already done 2 this morning.

Me too! I'm on my second one, intermediate level. Not quite up to the advance ones yet, they hurt my brain.

In other news I've been busy decorating last week and not had much time for the interweb, nearly finished now.

I played sudoku - it sort of stops my brain thinking too much, and finally fell asleep just after 2:30. I'm a lark rather than a night owl so that was late and I do feel tired.
I have a sudoku app on my Hudl. I don't think I'm actually addicted to it but I do love it . And as you say , it's perfect for stopping you think about other stuff and switch off before sleep . I prefer the interactive version to pencil and paper . I used to make such a mess with crossing out or a rubber. Sometimes I use the hints to learn how to play the advanced games but I still don't understand some of the logic.

I am like that too, I have the app on my phone. One day I will be able to do the advanced ones too I hope. I am also a huge Words with Friends fan as well.

This is the site that stops me from reading every post on Cyclechat: http://www.websudoku.com/?level=3 (Currently doing the hard level. It allows you to ''pencil'' in numbers.)

I use an app on my iPad and it allows you to have various settings, including telling you when you put the wrong number in. I really enjoy doing all but the expert levels... I usually need to cheat at some point and put in an educated guess to make progress but my rule is not before I've been tackling it for 30 mins

I'm back online, internet went down yesterday tea time and their tech line people had to get me online again, the whole situation not being helped by my phones inability to handle calls to customer services, I had to borrow my Good Ladies phone.
