We have loads in in our house... we keep having to fix various ones in the family (I think we are doing a swap today with the eldest who is very good at wrecking the hard disk it seems!) and lend them a spare whilst it's sorted! Then last week Mr Summerdays came home with 2 very old Dells that work were chucking out that he "has plans for"She wants to buy another laptop. This one is only a year old.
Still I shouldn't complain with two computer whizz kids in the house!

Thats it sorted, wireless set up, Roku streaming stick, phone and tablet all connected and working. All simple and straight forward, no hitches yet and Origin seem to be quicker than plusnet.

Mother and laptop sorted.
I have introduced her to Google.
The problem was that her BT icon on the laptop stopped working and she couldn't get to the home page. So I showed her how to get it via Google. I got told off as she knew about Google but wanted her BT icon back and wanted to know why it had disappeared.
I haven't a clue, not bothered either and a bit miffed she phoned me at work stressing about it and saying it was broken and she needed a new one
