I had a quorn meatball sandwich the other day. Not bad, if you have sauce or something with it.

Yes the sauce(or soup in my case)disguises the it's not really meat taste. I offered some to my dog. He'd wolf it down if it was meat but he sniffed it and walked away.

I've been idly wondering if my sardines on toast supper counts as some kind of Mediterranean Superfood and will guarantee me a long and happy life. I had a tomato salad and Spanish beer as well. I think I'm in with a chance.

Bloody local drug dealers have put a brick through my sister's car window after her husband told them to leave them alone whilst they were at the local pub.
Sadly they live next door to the pub. Police are at their home now.

Some people are just feckwits, we live opposite a pub and often get carp like that, I've dissuaded Maz from going out and shouting at them several times over the past years in case they pull a stunt like that.
Hope they get things sorted out and your Sister (and family) are OK.

Some people are just feckwits, we live opposite a pub and often get carp like that, I've dissuaded Maz from going out and shouting at them several times over the past years in case they pull a stunt like that.
Hope they get things sorted out and your Sister (and family) are OK.

I suspect that is the advice they have received from the police who have gone around to their home.

Spent most of this morning doing part 2 of the garage clear out. Still got boxes and boxes of the kids old toys down 1 side of the garage that my wife wants to do a children's car boot. This time she has said all the unsold goods can go to the children's charity !! Got space now for the 3 bikes that are at the caravan to come home next week. Will have to look into selling the Trek tag-a-long next !

Had a car full of stuff for the tip, 4 old dining chairs, carpet off-cuts and general junk - and I'd already done a trip earlier in the week.
