I have been involved in a recruitment day. Suite and high heels, not my usual attire and I was on my feet all day.

There was a chilly wind this morning, need to get my clothing right, at least you know what to wear when it's 25*C out

I could feel my dodgy knee as soon as I started pedalling today, within a few minutes it had gone ok.

I think the cycling helps it, I must do more of it
