My good lady has retired for the night and I'm sat in front of the fire cruising cycle chat on my tablet, I've just got to figure out how to make this thing multitask then I can play some music as well.

Sore. Another bad night. guess it's going to be that way for a while. I think some of the location of the injuries don't help with them being at what you and I know (or at least me... Trying hard to think what you do/did) add the sides. I got an hour in the hammock yesterday afternoon, before another hour in bed with the heat on. Lady night was about 10pm to 1am with another attempt between 4:30 and 5:30am... Then I was just too sore.
I just remind myself that it could easily have happened in the UK. Then I'd actually have had to have told family... Don't want to worry my parents until in past the pneumonia risk stage with me being a severe asthmatic with other lung issues and throat issues as well.

I've microwaved a packet of the Quorn and mixed it with one of the veggie soups. It tastes very nice.
