One of my colleagues crashed out at Llandegla on Sunday and has done her ankle in. Currently wheeling herself about in a wheelchair from our physio Dept.

I'm off there later to check my shoulder out. Bloody cyclists.

I had to put my custard stirring spoon back in the dishwasher as it still had a yellow blob on the back.
This sometimes happens with my porage stirring spoon as well.
