I caught the 18:07 bus from Windermere station to Grasmere today.

I bought a cd today.One whole pound.It was from our local charity shop.A few years ago i gave the same cd to a charity shop.Meatloaf and Bonnie Tyler.Am i odd or what.I also bought a fountain pen from another local shop.But i did not like the narrow knib,so i pulled out the knib from my broken pen and swapped them over.Is that mundane enough for this thread.

Everything aches today so it will be a day of not a lot whilst trying to keep moving.

Somehow that is one bit of aging I'm running late on. Some of my friends started wearing reading glasses about 10 years ago..... I am sure I'm not going to have long before the inevitable happens. I'm not looking forward to it, having watched friends have to change glasses or find ones to look at the text on their phones or to view a photo.

Morning, it is dark here but there is a pinkish and turquoise glow in the East.

I couldn't get to sleep for ages in the night and then when I did I had to keep getting up. I may have a nap soo
