The skin was crispy, I had two fillets with samphire, boiled spuds(buttered), cauliflower and courgettes.

Quickly getting sick of commuting by car but, unfortunately, this is the way it will be. Faulty traffic lights meant 70 minute commute for 10 miles, yesterday and today. Took nearly two hours to get home last night. Train isn't an option as there are no seats, and it's a good 30 minute walk. God I miss the bike sometimes.
Due to the silly commutes I've dropped the pilates, I can't get home, cook tea, get ready and get out again without meeting myself coming back. At least I went out in the pitch black on the MTB last night down farm tracks and the canal. Over 12 miles and met 1 cyclist that I didn't expect, and nearly vaporised them with my lights, until I could 'remember' where the off button was.

I have an early yoga class on a Tuesday that means I'm crossing Coventry at the tail of the morning rush, the M6 was closed due to an accident this morning and a less than half hour journey took fifty minutes, the thing I noticed was that the way some drivers were driving was adding to the delay. I must find somewhere I'm happy with to park the bike so I can stop using the car.

Morning all. Crisp start to the day here again 1C right now and frost in the lower field. Due to get warmer over the rest of the week and weekend (
) and 20C by the weekend... yippee. after 12 months of late autumn, winter, early spring, late autumn winter and early spring I am ready for a little warmth and my health is certainly more than ready for it!
It will also mean I can get some of the rugs and bedding washed over the next few days, which reminds me. Time to top up the bore water tank today, that way it is full again after the 1cm of rain we had inside 3 hours yesterday evening. My chooks were not impressed and went to bed early moaning at me for locking them up late (I waited for the rain to ease, I know I'm a wimp...) but the moat around the chook house worked a treat and kept the rain away from the entrance and most of the outer run area which meant I didn't have to wade through anywhere near as much to get to them.

the like is for this bit only... glad you are getting out. More than me at the moment. Just about to look at home pilates or yoga again. can't find my pilates DVD, so have purchased a yoga one off iTunes.
