I did 8.5 miles on Sunday, It turned out I wasn't well enough to do the full ride,50-60 miles, I had planned, I didn't even get out of the city.

Dog walked and now I think she's lame again. I said last time that if it happened again, I'd ring the vet as there's no obvious cause so I'm letting her snore until four o'clock (when they reopen for appointments) and then I'll see... She really wasn't very happy.

She's a real wuss when she thinks she's being checked over and acts like everything is broken even if it's not so I resorted to a less traditional test and threw one of her toys down the hall. She ran to get it. I think she'll be fine.

Almost time to go and see Stars of the Lid. Following the scathing reviews I got after previously posting a link to their music I know there is no point in sharing my excitement with you lot.

She is 'knocking on a bit' so a touch of 'achey bits'. How is she with oily fish (salmon) does it bring on 'vomiting dog. or can she eat it, be good for her joints.

She's on some joint aid supplements that someone recommended and seem to have made a difference.
