We had some fun in yoga this morning, we revisited the eagle pose, and no I still can't manage it.

I just tried that .... and I can do that ... .pity we have to do planks instead that I can't do!!!

I may have to start going to yoga class. I can do the standing eagle, but with difficulty. This sounds more like a job for ARC, than my gym, which doesn't have yoga, or Church, which has adaptive yoga.

Getting rid of all that dirt should aid fuel consumption and acceleration.
