It's a dirty driveway. If you had swept it before you hoovered the car things may have been easier, but what do I know?
I am not sweeping the whole car park, this stuff swirls about in the wind sticking to anything damp (as if that is likely up here)

I picked these binoculars up yesterday, they are in remarkable condition but the case has seen some wear. They have the name W. F. Price. Broad Quay, Bristol around the eye cups. The leather case has as well as the normal strap two loops for attaching to a belt and two studs, one either side of the case.

Salty seadog

Space Cadet...(3rd Class...)
It's a 21st birthday weekend for Miss K.
I'm cooking Sunday lunch, roast pork, cracking, roast potatoes, Yorkshire puddings (I've been a 'Northerner' long enough to get the fact that it doesn't just go with beef!), parsnips, carrots, baby leeks, beans from the garden and gravy. Just about to start the filling for the lemon meringue pie then make the crumble mix for the apple and blackberry crumble. And yes there will be custard!
Yesterday we had a lovely afternoon of cake and champagne with family and friends then dinner out last night.
Mr K is driving her back to Birmingham with her bike, extra mattress topper and other paraphernalia that got left behind a month ago.

room for a little one?

£15?

And if you're careful in extending them, you should see 1916 marked on one of the barrels

My Yorkshire Pudding didn't rise..
In fact, it contracted into an egg, milk and floury block of concrete
