Err I've no idea when Mr Summerdays is coming home he was out with a group of ex work mates last night and stayed over with one of them... Knowing Mr Summerdays I doubt he fell through any door but will probably be tired when he is home later after an unaccustomed night out!

Sunrise was beautiful. I thought about going outside with my camera to capture it but instead enjoyed it from the comfort of my bed with a cuppa.
I did, however, go out to enjoy the night sky at three this morning. The stars seemed so clear and close by. Hmmm, maybe I should put a telescope on the list of things I don't need but would quite like?

Ditto. Mine won't be going on until the winter bedding makes a reappearance and I'm back in winter PJs. Can't afford to run it any more than that, never mind the whole fossil fuels / environment idsue!Heating

I am not anticipating mine going on for at least another 6 weeks. Longer if I can get away with it.
I'm not expecting to run it for more than an hour, just to take the chill of the place, sometimes happens this time of year, it must have got cold in the night. We've already had the gas fire on a couple of times late in the evening when it got chilly.
