Two members of our staff have just started going (back to) Slimming World, but they refer to it as Fat Club. To celebrate any weight loss, it's their habit to get a fast food takeaway on the way home. They keep us entertained with their stories anyway.

I bought some chrysanthemummies last week. Turns out that yes, they will survive if shoved into a rucksack for the walk home.

An ex and I joined weight-watchers, which provided no end of entertainment for some of our less than helpful friends who used to text saying that they were eating a chocolate brownie with cream and ice cream: how many points had they won?

Yeah I have Verapamil as a suppressant and immigran nasal spray if a bad one overwhelms that but I wasn't quick enough with that to knock it down yesterday so had to ride it out with codeine and sleep.

Not had one for a while so got a bit complacent about taking immigran out with me. My bad.

I appear to be casting a live stream to my TV (Revolution series streamed on Facebook Live by Cycling Weekly - link courtesy of @Marmion ) but as the page wouldn't let me go anywhere else on the laptop, I closed that window but the race is continuing on the TV independently of the browser. Odd.
