Very fine rain here this dull, grey morning. At least the traffic isn't queuing outside like yesterday. Exploration revealed a certain amount of flooding had occurred down the hill.

Its been a great first week in my new role..and the good lady is home from her surgical procedure.
op went well but she has been very sick and still does feel very sick..she had a odd reaction from the anesthetic, and had to have a large ammount of saliva removed which caused her to chock while under, poor girl always seems to get the worst of it..
Its been a long day and we both want our pillows..
ive lost 5 lbs this week too..so ill be wanting another uniform next week at this rate...

I hope she makes a good recovery.

The moon wasn't half bright last night I almost put my sunglasses on.
I was just interrupted by my daft cat crying out. I got up to find her in the small bedroom sat on the bed talking to the wall. She is now purring away on my lap.
