Grumblin at Garmin on the Granny Gear
So I decided to take my Tesco Special to my mother's so I could ride it there. Then when I arrived, checked the tyres & decided they were a bit soft, out with the track pump & put a bit of air in, pulled off the connector and psssss. Valve I thought, no, that worked OK. Wiggled the valve housing, psssssss. Took the tube out and sure enough, a little crack in the housing. It says "Lasting Tube" on it, so is probably original, that is 10+ years old and probably deflated for at least 5 years. So down to Halfords for some cheap tubes, 'cos if one's gone the other will. Replaced the dead un and took the bike out. You know how when you've had something that really was cheap and nasty and replaced it with something nice you forget how nasty was the cheap? Now I appreciate my new bike. Anyway I've done a couple of miles and the tyres stayed up.

New sofa(s) arrived and finally unwrapped and in position, does anyone want 2 tonnes of bubblewrap? :surrender:
I guess that's me doing another tip run in the morning.
You can have fun using up all your surplus ennergy by jumping up and down on it popping all the bubbles, it's even more fun when you do it to your favourite music. Oh, wait.. that's what our Nursury children do.
